Rules & Policies

All readings must be paid within 24 hours of my confirmation email to you via Venmo, Paypal, or credit card over the phone. When we confirm your appointment I’ll tell you the Venmo and Paypal Information.

If I cannot make a good connection within 10 minutes of the session and you have prepaid, you will be refunded in full. If you have not prepaid then you will not be charged (it’s very rare but it has happened about four times in about 12 years).

If you need to reschedule, that’s okay. I’m pretty chill. However YOU MUST TEXT ME at 617-824-0349 at least three hours prior to your appointment, and you can reschedule with no penalties. If you are just having a really bad day, your energy is terrible, or you’re just too tired-that’s ok, we can reschedule.

If you are splitting your reading, you can split the $95 between 2 or three of you, but the entire session will only be an hour, so you’d divide the time as well. You will not get more than your allotted time because there are more people so please keep that in mind

For in-person readings-in case of inclement weather I will contact you via phone and we can discuss what you'd like to do. I usually cannot go over time as I often have readings booked back to back (with the mandatory 20-minute 'recovery' time for between readings). If you are late to your reading it cuts into your time, but again, CALL OR TEXT 617-824-0349 and I'll see what i can do.
